New Painting

This cute little girl was a pleasure to photograph. She has an adorable personality and was very photogenic. I created a watercolor painting of her over the weekend. Choosing what to go with is a matter of studying the image for a while and waiting for that lightbulb to appear over my head! To me a watercolor goes really well with small children along with pastel colors. Gives it a bit of an old-fashioned feel....
